As a security measure, our credit card processing company verifies the address you enter to see if it matches the address on your credit card statement. This is called AVS or Address Verification System.
The majority of declined transactions are declined because you have entered a non-matching address, either a work address or a new address if you've moved. The solution is as follows:
- when filling in the initial address screen, enter the address which appears on your credit card statement, even if this is not where you want your order shipped.
- continue the ordering process, entering your credit card info etc.
- click the link to return to our site at the end of the process
- on the screen you end up on, there is a link which you can click if you want to enter a different shipping address. Click this link and fill in the form. Your order will be shipped to this address.
