OTTAWA - Lucky Ron's, formerly The Downstairs Club, is now The Hi-Fi. "Don't worry," says booking agent Tom Werbowetski, "Nothing is changing except the name." Werbowetski vows the bar will continue to book the same eclectic mix of local and touring acts that have made the basement location a mainstay of the Ottawa scene for over a decade.
