Over the past few years The Kingmakers have put aside every dollar made from shows and invested this back into the band. This has resulted in a couple of great adventures, including recording their first album at legendary Sun Studio in Memphis and playing on Beale St. in Memphis the same day, as well as recording their third album in Nashville at the home of legendary producer Cowboy Jack Clement, with The Jordanaires and original SUN Studio alumnus JM Van Eaton (Jerry Lee Lewis, Billy Riley) as featured guests.

While some might call it luck, these events have all been put together by the band via phone calls, emails, and good old American dollars, in their ongoing desire to do more than just play music but to live it and have some adventures in doing so.

This is part 1 of 3 in the film documenting their amazingly productive single-day recording session in Nashville. Parts 2 and 3 are forthcoming.
